1. Where do you ship from?

Our products ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. This helps us keep prices fair and inventory fully stocked year-round.


2. How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days depending on your location.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


3. Do your heated products actually get hot?

Yes. Everything we sell uses quality heating elements that warm up quickly and stay consistent. You can control the heat levels depending on your comfort.


4. Are the batteries included?

Yes. All heated items that require a battery come with the correct rechargeable power pack and charging cable.


5. Are the products safe?

Absolutely. Our heated gear is low-voltage, safe to the touch, and designed to prevent overheating. Just follow the instructions and don’t use it while sleeping.


6. Can I wash the products?

Yes — but follow the care instructions.
Most heated items need the battery removed before washing. Hand-washing or gentle cycle is best, and air-dry only.


7. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Email us within 7 days with photos or a video.
We’ll replace it or refund you — no runaround.


8. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all parts.
Return shipping is free.


9. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, it’s already being processed.


10. My tracking isn’t updating — what’s going on?

It can take a few days for tracking to update, especially once the package transfers between carriers. This is normal.
If it hasn’t moved in 7 days, reach out.


11. My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it.

Check with neighbors, roommates, or your apartment office first — this solves most cases.
If it’s still missing, contact the carrier and file a claim. Unfortunately, we can’t refund orders marked as delivered.
